Strategy
Select pursues the acquisition (or development) of shopping centers in the Midwest and Southeast with a tenancy oriented toward necessity, value, entertainment and service based retailers. Select targets trade areas in secondary markets which demonstrate characteristics similar to trade areas in primary markets to take advantage of the arbitrage opportunity which can range from 50 to 150 basis points.
