Select Retail Investment Group (SRIG) provides clients with a structured approach to deliver valuable and creative solutions for dispositions and acquisitions. The SRIG team works hand in hand with clients to fully understand an asset’s value and position in the market. From there, the team creates a customized strategy for each asset and provides routine reporting to the client throughout the sale process. We leverage market knowledge to position each asset apart from the competition. Our professionals foster long-lasting and direct relationships with an extensive investor base including local, national, users and developers. The Select Retail Investment Group is led by Executive Vice President, Robert Taylor. Rob’s accomplishments span all aspects of retail projects: land, shopping centers, restaurants, freestanding retail buildings as well as rehab projects. He has also owned and developed shopping centers over the years.
