Leasing

Select provides leasing services that are based on years of experience in leasing shopping centers throughout the Midwestern and Southeastern U.S. Our long-standing tenant relationships have produced millions of square feet in lease transactions. Select’s goal is to maximize the value of each asset through creative deal-making.

Select Strategies’ Leasing Team is unique in that it uses a customized Systematic Leasing Strategy in the pursuit of increasing occupancy, replacing weak or struggling tenants, and improving the tenant mix of each project.

Select is an active operator of commercial retail shopping centers. Our management team offers decades of experience in retail real estate management. We have a successful track record in designing and executing asset management plans.

Select Strategies’ experienced property teams are empowered to respond quickly and decisively to property issues and are involved in short term and long-term strategic planning. Select Strategies has a staff of tenured business executives, attorneys and CPAs focusing on asset growth and performance.

Our team combines streamlined management tools and computerized reporting and accounting systems to increase performance levels, maximize resources, enhance services and communication. Select Strategies utilizes MRI for property reporting and accounting, leases and documents through Next Cloud (a virtual document system), and financial payments and tracking reports through the Avid Invoice Management System.

Select Strategies’ development services are strengthened by experience with commercial real estate projects ranging from neighborhood shopping centers to large regional power centers. Understanding retailers’ precise criteria for success – groundbreaking and otherwise, Select Strategies delivers services that are strategically planned and executed. Our team focuses on mitigating the risk of development by evaluating site selection, due diligence including legal, physical, geographical, economic, community and market factors.

Select’s team has overseen the development of three successful retail centers in the Greater Cincinnati Ohio area, one of which is home to a Kroger that consistently ranks in the top 1% in the US for foot traffic.
